Creamy pasta


Anybody who knows me really well knows that I love Italian food and pasta. Even though there are a lot of recipes, I tend to improvise and just eat what I’ve created. And that’s what I did last time. Today I will be sharing a creation that I’ve come up with and it tasted too delicious to not write about it. Hehe self confidence. #SorryNotSorry Oh and did I tell you that it’s meat free?



  • Pasta (spaghetti/tagliatelle/…)
  • Spinach
  • Champignons (mushrooms)
  • Onions*
  • Cream cheese (with herbs)
  • Cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Butter

*I ended up using only one onion. You should just measure everything to your taste.


Chop your onion and mushrooms into cubes and if you like, you can also slice your spinach leaves.

Throw a cube of butter or some olive oil in a pan and sauté your onion. Add your mushrooms and your spinach. Season with pepper and salt.


Boil water and put your pasta in it. Add a splash of olive oil if you want to.


Add the cream and cream cheese to the spinach. Stir it a few times. If you use cream cheese without any herbs, you could season with parsley or another green herb.

Drain the pasta and mix it together with the cream sauce. Put a desired amount of pasta on your plate and garnish with parmesan cheese.
